Delivery Information
All orders will be delivered through Courier Services to the shipping address indicated by you. Orders are shipped on business days ONLY (Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysia National Holidays).
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 5 working days after order verification and credit approval. Please provide the CORRECT shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a VALID phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.
Orders are shipped within Malaysia only (including Sabah and Sarawak). We do not ship to P.O. Box address.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
Click And Collect / In-Store Pickup
When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your order from our selected dealer only. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up.
Please note that only the person who placed the order may pick it up. When picking up your items, you’re required to supply a copy of your order, NRIC and credit card used to make the purchase. (If you pay via FPX, your credit card is not required).
